Through God's leadership, he has seen this community transformed. "it's Only Cookie Dough" is presented by Meridzo Center, Inc of Lynch, KY and The Sentinel Group of Seattle, WA.
Lynch, Kentucky was once a town where 10,000 people gathered from around the world to extract high quality coal, a mining operation that set world records. Then decisions were made that devastated Appalachia putting thousands of men out of work. Behind the scenes, a handful of desperate prayer warriors would not let go. Lonnie and Belinda Riley joined 250 others in a public prayer meeting in a city park. They asked God to forgive them for relying first on the coal industry and then on government to meet their needs, instead of on God. Falling to the ground, people wept and prayed for 2 1/2 hours, asking forgiveness, and imploring God to provide jobs and to heal their land. Come and see how God answered their cries for help!
